As an Account Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and cultivating relationships with retailers in your designated territory. Reporting to Rose Neal Collective, you'll excel in achieving and exceeding sales goals, supporting retailers through market visits, facilitating trainings, and being a standout leader at events. If you're passionate about beauty, possess strong sales skills, and enjoy working independently, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
Conduct market visits and support retailers
Lead at store events and actively engage in merchandising
Mentor in-store staff/beauty advisors and teach best practices
Maintain regular communication with RNC and confirm working schedules
Provide daily detailed recap forms
Qualifications:
Strong sales ability and beauty experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Openness to learning about various client needs (skin concerns, tones, etc.)
Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
